Right of return

You may return the goods received without stating any reasons within 14 days by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our duties to provide information pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) as well as our duties pursuant to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB (German Civil Code) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent by parcel post (e.g. bulky goods) can you also declare the return by requesting the return in text form. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the return request in good time. In any case, the return shall be at our expense and risk. Consequences of return

In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived must be surrendered. In the event of deterioration of the goods and for benefits (e.g. advantages of use) which cannot be returned or which can only be returned in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us to this extent. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for benefits derived from it if the benefits or the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the inspection of the properties and functionality. By “testing the properties and functionality” we mean testing and trying out the respective goods, such as is possible and customary in a shop. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the request for return, for us with the receipt.
