What this means in practice
All items are of course covered by the statutory warranty period of two years. This applies to accordion repairs we have carried out for you as well. Accordion tuning is excluded.
In addition, we or the manufacturer grant a further one-year guarantee on certain items. Which items these are is stated with the product itself. This additional guarantee does not limit your statutory warranty rights.

If you do need to claim: short distances
As the sole distributor we keep original Bugari spare parts in stock and have the workshop in the same building. We handle most things in Pforzheim ourselves – your instrument does not have to travel to Italy. And if Castelfidardo is needed after all, we have a direct line there.
Bring the instrument in or give us a call and we will talk through what happens next. All we need to process it is your invoice or order number.
